TERMS AND CONDITIONS

VALIDITY

Rates quoted in this tariff are valid from 01 April of the current year to 31 March of the following year, unless otherwise stated. Should these costs vary, AIRBOUND reserves the right in their sole discretion to alter its rates or any quotation at any time without prior notice. All quotations are in U.S. Dollars, net and non-commissionable. Any revision in rates shall be advised at the time of confirmation.

RESERVATIONS

Inquiries and reservations for services shown in this tariff can be made with AIRBOUND office. They will quote, make reservations, issue vouchers and receive payments. Maximum details are required in order to fulfill reservations efficiently. Please provide arrival/departure dates, flight details, number of persons involved, alternative hotels, number of rooms and type of room to assist in fulfilling your requirements.

CONFIRMATIONS

Confirmations will be made by facsimile or e-mail.

VOUCHERS / EXCHANGE ORDERS

One voucher for each or all services will be printed, clearly specifying the services to be provided.

PAYMENTS

Payment may be made by telegraphic transfer or banker's draft drawn on AIRBOUND'S bank.

DEPOSIT: A US$250.00 per person deposit is due within 5 business days of confirmation.

FINAL PAYMENT: Full payment must be made 60 days prior to client (s) arrival and funds must be received in AIRBOUND, INC.'s bank account to comply with prepayment position.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellation fees levied by hotels, carriers, restaurants, contractors, etc. will be passed on to you. AIRBOUND, INC. cannot be responsible for such charges even though special circumstances may exist. Charges may be levied at the sole discretion of AIRBOUND, INC. for movement planning, consulting and ancillary expenses relating to development of services of a specialized nature or where cancellation are lodged (including reduction in size movement by more than 10%) within 45 days of commencement of operation. In the event of cancellation or reduction in movement size, AIRBOUND, INC. will only be liable to refund (or not charge for) any monies paid (or due) subject to the deduction of such funds, if any, as may be claimed as cancellation fees by AIRBOUND, INC, hotels, carriers or other services specified above. No refund can be made for any unused services or any portion thereof, nor if the value of unused services be exchange for alternative arrangements.

TAXES

Airport taxes are not included in our quotations unless requested. Hotel rates quoted are inclusive of government tax and service charge applicable to each destination. AIRBOUND, INC. reserves the right to adjust without notice the hotel rates accordingly to reflect the increase or decrease in the amount of tax payable.

LIABILITY

While all efforts shall be taken to ensure faithful compliance with requested services and facilities, however, AIRBOUND, INC. acts only as agent for transportation companies, hotels, car operators and all other contractors (hereafter collectively referred to as "Contractors") and therefore both on behalf of their servants and agents do not accept any responsibility for: Any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their servants and agent of the Contractor for any injury, damage or lost to persons or goods, accidents, change of schedule or other irregularities, which may or may not be caused by fortuitous events or whatsoever and howsoever the same may be used; Any cancellation of journeys, deviations, delays or failure to provide seats, berth or facilities for carrying or storing luggage, or for the failure to provide accommodation. AIRBOUND, INC. also reserves the right without being liable for any loss or damage, to change the itinerary with or without notice and at its sole discretion if found to be in the best interest of all concerned.

TRANSFERS

Unless otherwise indicated, transfer rates include: Meet & greet service Porterage fees for two pieces of luggage per passenger Transportation by air-conditioned cars, minivans or coaches Reconfirmation of onward travel reservation

TOURS

Unless otherwise indicated, tour rates include: Transportation as indicated in the itinerary Services of an English-speaking guide Admission fees/meals as specified in the itinerary Foreign language speaking guides are available upon request at additional costs.

HOTELS

Hotel accommodations are with private bath or shower. Air-conditioning cannot always be guaranteed in resort or remote locations. Hotel categories have been strictly established at the discretion of AIRBOUND, INC. and its local operators.

TRANSPORTATIONS

The best available transportation is used. AIRBOUND and its local operators utilizes, where possible, coaches and cars owned by its operating and/or associated companies. Unless otherwise stated, services are provided in air-conditioned vehicles.

STANDARD OF SERVICE

AIRBOUND, INC. and its operators will endeavor to provide the highest available standards of service within the limitation of the destinations involved.

INSURANCE

All vehicles used by AIRBOUND, Inc.'s local operators are insured in accordance with local regulations. However, your clients are well advised to obtain additional personal baggage and accident insurance cover. See LIABILITY clause.

COVERAGE & ACCEPTANCE

All quotations prepared by AIRBOUND, INC. are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated above whether they are included in the quotation or not. These terms and conditions supersede all previously issued. AIRBOUND and its local operators reserves the right to amend or alter any of the conditions herein from time to time at its sole discretion.
