DAY 1: Angkor Thom and the Grand Circuit (L/D)

Meet at Siem Reap Airport and head directly to the hotel. In the morning we visit the sites of Angkor Thom, including Victory Gate, the Bayon, Baphuon, Phimean Akas, the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King. After lunch in town, we visit the highlights of the grand circuit, including Neak Poan, Eastern Mebon, Pre Rup and Preah Khan. Watch sunset over Angkor Wat from the summit of Phnom Bakheng, and then return to the hotel for dinner.

 DAY 2: Angkor Wat and the Small Circuit (B/L/D)

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we visit the highlights of the petit circuit, including Prasat Kravan, the royal bathing pond of Sras Srang, Banteay Kdei, Takeo and jungle-clad Ta Prohm. After lunch in town, we visit magnificent Angkor Wat to view its architecture and bas-relief. Dinner and overnight in Siem Reap.

DAY 3: Banteay Srei and Floating Villages (B/L)

Breakfast at the hotel. Make an early morning visit to Angkor Wat to watch sunrise, before continuing north to visit the elegant temple of Banteay Srei and Banteay Samre. After lunch in town, we travel to Phnom Krom for a cruise on the Tonle Sap, visiting floating villages. On the way back to Siem Reap, we call in at Les Artisans d’Angkor, a workshop to redevelop traditional Cambodian artisan skills. Later we transfer to the airport for onward flight.
